How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. Just book your first visit online — no referral needed. Your initial session includes a comprehensive review of your health, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, a full-body movement assessment, physical examination, hands-on treatment, and a personalized plan based on your goals. All of this is included for $150.
Do we accept insurance?
We operate as a direct-pay clinic, which means we’re able to focus on what’s best for your recovery — not what insurance dictates. We can provide documentation if you’d like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Can I use my HSA (Health Saving Account) / FSA (Flexible Spending Account)?
Yes! All of our services are HSA/FSA approved.
What can I expect in terms of working together?
That depends on your goals, the complexity of your injury, and how your body responds to care. Some clients work with us for a few weeks to resolve a specific issue, while others continue longer to rebuild strength, prevent setbacks, and stay performing at a high level.
