Pre-Open Evaluation

  • Session 1: Initial Examination & Performance Assessment

Week 1 (Feb 24 – Feb 28) – Prepping for the Open

Goal: Address restrictions, optimize mobility, and prepare for peak performance.

  • Monday-Wednesday

    • Session 2: Soft Tissue + Chiropractic Adjustment

  • Friday/Saturday (Pre-workout)

    • Session 3: Chiropractic Adjustment

  • Saturday/Sunday

    • Virtual Mobility Recovery Routine (Weekend after Open Workout 25.1)

Week 2 (Mar 3 – Mar 7) – Mid-Open Tune-Up

Goal: Recover from 25.1 and prepare for 25.2.

  • Monday-Wednesday

    • Session 4: Soft Tissue + Chiropractic Adjustment

  • Friday/Saturday (Pre-workout)

    • Session 5: Chiropractic Adjustment

  • Saturday/Sunday

    • Virtual Mobility Recovery Routine (Weekend after Open Workout 24.2)

Week 3 (Mar 10 – Mar 14) – Recovery & Performance Boost

Goal: Recover from 25.2, reduce accumulated fatigue, maintain strength, and prepare for 25.3.

  • Monday-Wednesday

    • Session 6: Soft Tissue + Chiropractic Adjustment

  • Friday/Saturday (Pre-workout)

    • Session 7: Chiropractic Adjustment

  • Saturday/Sunday

    • Virtual Mobility Recovery Routine (Weekend after Open Workout 24.3)

Post-Open Recovery Session

  • Session 8: Re-examination & Chiropractic Adjustment

Questions You May Have

Do I have to be competing in the Open to sign up?

  • No! While the program is built around the demands of the CrossFit Open, any CrossFitter looking to optimize movement and recovery can benefit.

How do I schedule my sessions?

  • Once you purchase the package, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your appointments to fit your schedule.

Can I come in before Feb 17th for my Initial Examination and Performance Assessment?

  • Yes.

Do I need to use all my sessions in a specific order?

  • We provide a recommended itinerary for the best results, but you can schedule your sessions based on your availability. We recommend spacing them out to align with your Open workouts.

What happens if I miss a session?

  • Sessions must be used within the 5-week program window (Feb 17 – Mar 21). If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but missed sessions cannot be carried over beyond the program dates.

Are there any additional fees?

  • No.

Can I use my health insurance for this package?

  • This is a self-pay package, and insurance is not accepted. However, we do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) payments, and the discounted rate offers significant savings compared to individual session pricing.

What is the weekly virtual mobility routine?

  • Each week, you’ll receive a pre-recorded mobility routine based on the Open workouts via e-mail to help improve movement, reduce soreness, and keep you feeling strong between workouts.

How much time will the appointments take?

  • Your Initial Examination will take about 60 minutes

  • Chiropractic Adjustments take about 15 minutes

  • Soft Tissue Therapy appointments take about 30 minutes

  • Post-Open Recovery Session will take about 30 minutes

Can I get adjusted on Saturday?

  • We will be opening up additional availability on Friday and Saturday for all three weeks. You will have the opportunity to schedule after you sign up.
